QUESTIONS
1) What is the exact size of the
picture frames?
Frames are 150mm square (approx 6"). The nickel plated hardware is
inset 6mm from the edge of the frame. The circumference of the
hardware is 3/8". As a result, the usable space on each frame is
approximately 5-1/4".
2) Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes! For discounts on frame orders of 25 or more frames,
please contact us directly.
3) Can you send me a catalog?
You can print a retail brochure
directly from your computer.

4) Are you planning on selling other
sizes in the future?
Yes. We will offer 6" x 8" frames (for
5x7 photos). We will also offer 8" x 8" frames. These sizes will
be available for purchase on our website soon.
5) Can
I get picture frames in other sizes right now?
Yes. However, please note that the maximum size we can manufacture is 12" x 12". Please
contact
us for a quote on special sizes. Lead times on
special sizes
can be 4 to 8 weeks.
6) How long does it take to ship the
picture frames after I place my order?
Frames are in-stock. Small orders (1 to 10 frames) will be shipped
the next business day after order placement. Large orders (50+) can
usually be shipped within one week.
7)
I would love to resell your frames. Do you offer wholesale prices to retail
establishments?
Yes. However, in order to resell our picture frames you MUST be a retail
establishment with a Tax ID. Please complete and submit the
Wholesale Application
Form. Once received, we will review your application and get back
to you.
